I've never had god results on laptops, but that migth have changed lately ? Historically I have found that any fullsize drive in a tower pc does it better than any laptop I had. maybe the trend towards more and more laptops in general have made the drives better, but I would never use a laptop for ripping. Maybe i should try it on my new lenovo T61p work pc ?
