Perhaps natively it does, but since it's transcoded, it may not. I'm not sure, I don't transcode. > And I read that WavPack has better tagging ability than FLAC, this > sounds an important feature, isn't it ? Where did you read this? FLAC contains all the important tags including embedded cover art and you can define free-form tags if they don't suit your needs. I'm not sure what more there is, really. Most people around here just use FLAC and transcode to MP3 if they want lossy copies, or encode to both formats at rip time. -- Mark Lanctot Current: SB2, Transporter, Boom (PQP3 - late beta), SBC (early beta) Stored: Boom (PQP1 - early beta) Sold: SB3, Duet ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mark Lanctot's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2071 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=60890 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/ripping
