I found this thread searching the web and wanted to add some very important things here for future reference,
- First dbpoweramp just took the free tool to this from here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=129136 http://www.srcf.ucam.org/~cjk32/hdcd/ Look in C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\DSPs\HDCD and you will see that they are just using the HDCD.exe decoder.
