Thanks. I'd noticed however that my DAC wasn't switching to HDCD with rips that I knew were HDCD rips, hance I thought I'd try the dbp DSP to see what it did, and on the HDCD I've tried so far, it doesn't expand it to 24bit, so I'm assuming either the cd thats marked as HDCD isn't, or something is wrong with my dbp settings or something is up with my DAC!
