It means to organize your tracks in a logical method, especially in
dealing with Various Artists albums.

Ie, "C:\Music\ArtistName\AlbumName\" would be a good place to store an
album by ArtistName called AlbumName. This makes it not only easier
for you, the human, but also for SBS to deal with. No program likes
seeing a folder with 20000 items in it, it makes it hard to find things
for the software and the human.

The real trick is with a Various Artist album.

In that case, instead of 'ArtistName' in the path above, you could use
'AlbumArtistName' (ie, a tribute to Dylan might be in the Bob Dylan
directory).

It's BAD to do this:
C:\Music\The Black Crowes\Doin Dylan\01 Rainy Day Women.mp3
C:\Music\Concrete Blonde\Doin Dylan\02 Simple Twist of Fate.mp3
C:\Music\Jimmy Barnes\Doin Dylan\03 Seven Days.mp3

SBS in that case has no real clue that those are all the same album.
Maybe there are three different albums named 'Doin Dylan', which is
what it would think.

This works well, and I think makes great sense for humans, too:

C:\Music\Dylan Tributes\Doin Dylan\01 Rainy Day Women.mp3
C:\Music\Dylan Tributes\Doin Dylan\02 Simple Twist of Fate.mp3
C:\Music\Dylan Tributes\Doin Dylan\03 Seven Days.mp3

With that layout ("one album per directory, and one directory per
album"), SBS doesn't have to guess what you meant. (Well, technically,
it's still guessing, but in this case there is enough clues that it will
guess correctly.)

In short, all the tracks for a given album should be 'together' in the
same folder. And that folder should contain just that album. Don't
drop all your tracks together. (That will be confusing for you and
SBS, and you will eventually end up with collisions where you have two
files with the same name as well.)
