Welcome to the forums. Does "one album per folder" make sense to you?
It's the same thing as one album per directory. Basically it means that
the set of tracks that consitute an album (or CD), are all kept in the
same folder AND that you do not combine tracks from different albums in
the same folder. A typical folder structure looks like this:

\Beatles\Revolver
\Beatles\Let It Be
\Blondie\Parallel Lines
\Bob Dylan\Blood on the Tracks
etc.
