I noticed that the EAC-guide from www.teqnilogik.com differs from the
one on the Squeezeboxwiki. Under Compression Options I find different
data in the Additional command-line Options.

I understand that the Additional command-line Options instructs the
FLAC-encoder and therefore must be important for the final result. I´ve
chosen the recommandation from the Squeezeboxwiki:
-6 -V --replay-gain -T "artist=%a" -T "title=%t" -T "album=%g" -T
"date=%y" -T "tracknumber=%n" -T "genre=%m" -T "comment=EAC (Secure
Mode)" %s

My question is: If I were to change this later on in the process,
leaving parts of my FLAC-library with different compression settings,
how will this affect the final result?

Your advice is much appreciated!
