Yes, you should. 

PROS:
* You'll save nearly 50 % hard drive space and network bandwidth. 
* You'll be able to tag your files.

CONS:
* If you want to use or edit a sound file in a program that supports
WAV but not FLAC, you'll have to convert that file back to WAV before
you can do it. But the resulting WAV would be identical to the original
WAV. And how often would you need to do that?
