so long as they're lossless files transcoding will have no effect
whatsoever on quality.  So, if you're satisfied with the ripping
process you'd previously undergone, just transcode to FLAC.  If not,
use dbpoweramp batch ripper and rerip to FLAC.

If you opt to rerip, don't delete the ALAC files till you've used
mp3tag or puddletag to copy the tags from the ALAC files to the newly
ripped FLAC files (unless of course you're satisfied with whatever
tagging dbPoweramp does when ripping).
