Looked at the screendump.  Personally I'd want to see changes in a
different colour so that you could easily identify them.  Guess the
tickbox wouldn't hurt in their interface so long as it defaulted to
select-all.  Have you run puddletag?  We'd likely have to make large
under the hood changes to add field level acceptance/ rejecting.  I'll
look into it, but am not promising anything.

Source you're placed in preview mode that presents the tags as they'll
look if written.  You're able to make any changed/ additions you'd
like, you can even enter Extended Tags view and make changes there. 
Changes are only written once you select Write.
