I've not run anything Windows in a very long time so have no idea where the modules would need to be installed to, but my guess is it would be some library folder within the Python installation. If I get a chance over the weekend I'll fire up an old w2k3 box and attempt an install myself. Of course, once any issues such as file paths are sorted it'd be easy to build an executable install file and what we're discussing now will be unnecessary.
