Is that not a correct description off tagging in general :) It's why
I've not delved to deep into it as there is no "right" thing to do.
Contradiction and confusion is on that road.

I have tags that works correctly but not more, later this year I think
I would bother the forum for advice re a complete approach ( I have no
specific problem just plans to improve the tags).
