The VB flac2mp3.pl script adds an MD5 checksum tag to each generated
mp3 file. When you remirror, it compares this tag with the MD5 checksum
in the associated FLAC file to see if the music has changed and the lame
transcoding needs to be redone. So if the mp3 files created by dbpa do
not have an MD5 tag, the VB FLAC mirror may redo the lame transcoding
even if it's not really needed.
