I have been enjoying the Squeezebox experience for about a year and a half now and I find that occasionally I will need to clean up some tags from when I first ripped my library from CD to FLAC, it happens. Over time ones library becomes cleaner and one becomes more careful in the initial tagging process.
My setup is a little different in that my library is on an external portable drive and my backup on a 2nd external portable drive. I used to do backups as Henry66 speaks of but it is a pain to delete and then reinstall a whole new library. Now if changing tags or adding new music I connect my backup drive and add/change both. Its just way simpler that way.
