It could be that some software added an ID3 tag to your FLAC files (or some other non vorbis tags)? I have had this happen on some rare occasions. I had one album once that somehow had a bunch of ID3 tags in the FLAC files. The server didn't like it. It was also almost impossible to get rid of them since they weren't supposed to be there in the first place. MP3Tag sort of succeeded in removing the ID3, but ultimately, I had to remove all tags. I'm guessing the metadata headers were somehow corrupt.
