IIRC flc-flc is not used when it is not required but then again you are editing the info. You are only giving fragments - there are too many variables and not enough info. You need to supply all relevant info - at least the following. 1. Statement that LMS you are using is as distributed with no modificcaiton or plugins that mess with filetypes / conversion etc. 2. Image of all your filetypes settings. 3. What are all the convert.conf and custom-convert.conf files on your system ? 4. Complete logs of trying to play one item. Make sure new clean log file before 5.
