Without more info on how you played files and which fiels are bing
played by which method I can only guess.,
You have edited out the "streammode" info from the excerpts but some are
shown in the log file.

Some of your stream are being streams in "I" mode and some in "F" mode. but
not all your rules have an "I" mode and so may not be applied and it is not
clear why differentmodes are being used - depends on the invoking method and
the player.
