I've been making an import tool to grab audio from a commercial system and
migrate into Rivendell which means I've been looking at the database quite
closely. I think a bit of creative field use could work without changing
the database structure.

For starters, each cut has:
* 12 CHAR ISRC
* 32 CHAR ISCI
* 64 CHAR DESCRIPTION

Each Cart:
* 12 CHAR ISRC
* 64 CHAR LABEL
* 64 CHAR CLIENT
* 64 CHAR AGENCY
* 64 CHAR PUBLISHER
* 64 CHAR COMPOSER
* 255 CHAR USER_DEFINED
* text NOTES

 From my point of view, using NOTES or USER_DEFINED makes sense? Notes by
itself can store 2^16 (I think) bytes of text which is approx 64K of
text. Would none of that work?
