Subject: Re: [RDD] Touchscreen

Troy,
Our RD machines all use touchscreens, and I will say that it's certainly a
great way to use Rivendell. You can tell it's designed with touchscreens in
mind. Touch overlays are handled outside of Rivendell, and are part of the
operating system. To Rivendell, they are just a standard user interface, like a
mouse. Many modern *nix operating systems will recognize USB touch overlays
immediately, and after a simple calibration you're ready to go. Serial (RS232)
overlays are a little more involved, but still not too bad. Does your overlay
use USB or serial to communicate?

Thanks,
Brooks

Anyone familiar with how to get a Dell touchscreen to work with Rivendell?

Also, is there any way possible to run Rivendell fullscreen without changing
the resolution? I find when I do that, it distorts things a bit.
