I am all very new to this. I have a custom setup and I am looking for an easier
way to start up. If the power failed, there is currently a list of steps I must
do in order to ger Rivendell back on the air. I am looking for something easier.
I have an M-Audio Delta 1010LT soundcard. The setup I am looking for is to have
main log playout on channels 1-6 and sound panel on 7 and 8 along with
voicetrack previewing, log editing, and library managment.
Currently, I must start up Jack, patchage and follow a list of steps to get the
system up and running. I am wondering if there is an easier way to accomplish
this. If I am not near the computer during a failure, there will be no way to
get the system back up until I return, which is not ideal.
Any suggestions would be great.
