Here I was thinking replacing items with aux log and forgot I can send aux log audio out another card though. I've whipped up two dtmf carts. Aux one will be 30' breakout, aux two ID overlay. Anything else I will have to get more crafty or use external hardware. There's a $49 board for the receiving end that goes from dtmf to rs232 so that keeps that end of the cost down. I just have to figure out switching programme audio off and on during 30' break to the stream but not locally. I want those mandatory so there's no clicks or pops with re-join. Probably use a proper external audio switcher for that like a small broadcast tools with rs232.
