Hi All,

Just wondering when 2.5.0 will be available on the tryphon repos?

Cheers,
Lee

It uses GPIO to communicate with the console, so if a console has the
ability to 'remote control' its channel ON/OFF status by means of contact
closures, it should be compatible. Any Rivendell-supported GPIO device
(both real and 'virtual' ones like LiveWire or vGuest) can be used. It's
configured in the 'Edit GPIOs' dialogs in RDAdmin->ManageHosts->RDAirPlay.

The 'GPI' entries are for signals coming from the console to RD, while the
'GPO' ones are for commands sent from RD to the console. Two signaling
types are supported. Most setups use 'Edge', which uses momentary closures
on different GPIO lines to indicate channel ON and OFF for each channel.
There are a few systems out there (e.g. Logitek vGuest setups) that use
'Level', which uses a continuous closure on a single GPIO line for each
channel.

Cheers!
