I am using version v2.5.8a_r2
http://www.audioscience.com/internet/products/livewire/asi6585_fw.htm
From the Audio Science Data sheet:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The ASI6585/ASI6685 supports 8 channels of “virtual” GPIO. In this
manner is it similar to the Axia IP audio
driver. The GPIO is comprised of 8 GPIO inputs and 8 GPIO outputs. The
GPIO states can be viewed from the device’s web interface and controlled
via telnet. See Axia documentation for the command set used to control
GPIO.

So the GPIO in a ASI6585 as shown on the attached jpeg can not be controlled
but Rivendell? Or am I looking at this incorrectly...
Or they have started shipping new firmware. Very nice. Do you have a F/W
version number?
Cheers!
