This is a strange problem..
Streaming / logging computer records 1 hour segments of programme as mp3.
These play perfectly in a number of players and import into Adobe Audition.
cronjob copies the required hours [3x] for a replay event into a local
folder on the rd server.
they get renamed and chown and chmod.
All play perfectly.
First hour carts to cart #1 no problem.
Hour's 2 & 3 will not cart 'file is not readable or a recognized format'
line 2 and 3 in script are identical except for cart # and filename.
I was trying to import as ogg but they kept failing.
Any clues as to what I might be doing wrong?
var/log/messages shows a mysql problem finding the tracks in the database
cant unlink cart/cut ..
what I can't qork out is how the first one works and the second one dont
will try one by one tomorrow
