Software doesn't "decide" to do anything.  It (and the computers it runs on) 
are tools, just like a hammer or a screwdriver.  A bit more complex, but 
exactly the same in essence.  If something goes wrong, it's because either the 
tool is faulty in some aspect of its design (otherwise known as a 'bug'), or 
because the user isn't understanding it or using it correctly (configuration or 
usage error).  in either case, finding and correcting the problem calls for 
calm, careful reasoning and technique.  Anger (or any other emotion) gets you 
nowhere in that process, and when directed at volunteers who are trying to help 
you is a guaranteed way to end up being on your own.
