Just for reference, we had a similar issue with our M-Audio 1010 last week: a hum noise suddenly appeared in the outputs; apparently something in the box is damaged. Unfortunely the card is still on warranty so we can't fix it by ourselves (it would be faster, now we must wait some weeks or months while our provider send it to USA).
