Not at all. I just wanted to point out that you have to know a little and I speak from experience. I'm a certified idiot when it comes to anything IT...even on simple Windows machines. That being said, Linux is quite eye opening. Tying this back to topic, something like the Brett Blog for all the "main" features of RD would be extremely helpful for those less educated. Be it user submitted or Paravel. Being an open-source appliance, you really can't ask for the world here as everyone will have varying results. No offense taken. That's the biggest downfall to email...perceived emotion.
