I still haven't been able to figure out why no Rivendell user but the
default one ("user") has access to the ADD, DEL, MOVE, or COPY buttons in
rdairplay.
This particular client runs 2.11.0 on several machines running Debian 6,
Debian 7, and CentOS 7; the behavior is the same regardless of OS.
I'm going to look at the source code. It would be helpful, though, to know
whether this behavior is a bug or a feature. Are RD users other than
"user" intended to have access to ADD, DEL, MOVE, and COPY?
