In this case, every possible box in rdadmin is checked except "administer
system". There should be nothing this user can't do in rdairplay.
Interestingly, I just tried this same experiment on a system at WHRB (also
running 2.11.0) and the problem isn't happening there. That user can
ADD/DEL/MOVE/COPY to his heart's content.
That means this isn't a problem with the software; it's something peculiar
to WSRO, perhaps a database issue.

Depends on the permissions granted to that user in rdadmin.
