A localhost address (127.0.0.X) will work fine if you have only a single 
Rivendell machine. In fact, it will actually result in a more robust setup in 
that things will continue to work even if the primary host address gets 
changed.  Multi-machine setups require the use of the “real” ip address though, 
as that value is how the machines find each other on the network —i.e. for 
generating RDCatch deck status.
