Note that adding the expanded classes directory will add 2.8 Mb
to the binary bundle (9.6Mb -> 12.4Mb).
No need to add it on my account, leaving it out is consistent
with the non-installer zip file that we provided in 2.1.
But, since there's no longer an installer version, the
doc/info-index.html page needs correcting, as it suggests
that installed items depend on the features selected during
installation, and lists classes, installverify and uninstall
as items that could appear but no longer can.
