Debatable, but I think not. If you make a mistake in the config file,
then I think RKH should tell you rather than ignoring it. Having said
that, some options may well ignore things (EXISTWHITELIST as far as I
remember does this).

After making changes, you should run 'rkhunter -C' to check that the
change is valid. That then allows you to make sure things are correct
before actually running RKH.
