It works. It is still not covenient, because I will have to update 
SCRIPTWHITELIST
entries from future package updates (copy SCRIPTWHITELIST entries from
rkhunter.conf to rkhunter.conf.local manually).

I'd still suggest to ignore SCRIPTWHITELIST as EXISTWHITELIST, because if you
make a mistake in it, rkhunter will warn about script executable.
