I really can't remember if this applies to SCRIPTWHITELIST, but in your
rkhunter.conf.local file put 'SCRIPTWHITELIST=""' this should remove any
previously seen settings for that option. Then, after that line, add in
any required SCRIPTWHITELIST lines excluding the GET one.

As said, it may or may not work :-)
