The rpm has this setting because /usr/bin/GET is installed with a
perl-libwww-perl package, which may be installed or not.
The problem is that I cannot overwrite SCRIPTWHITELIST settings
in rkhunter.conf.local and have to comment out the setting in 
/etc/rkhunter.conf,
and rkhunter then may complain about modified file (see the recent thread
about OpenSuse).
