Using that logic, if you were a departed Microsoft developer, you'd be
unemployable.  How would a prospective employer know you had seen the
code unless you told them?  In other words, just don't tell.

I'd like to know what open source programmers think of MS quality.  I
mean, is MS code really as bad as people will lead you to believe?  You
have to admit, some of the stuff that code can do is pretty impressive
and the newer NT based versions seem pretty stable.  Is the code more
like a patched beach ball or is it fairly clean?  Open Source code has
to be clean because everybody sees it.  As a result, OS programmers are
self-disciplined to write clean efficient code to maintain good standing
in the community.

Not only open source projects, but any project. Having looked at the
leaked Windows source could potentialy effect your future employability
as many companies will not want to employ someone that has been tainted
by seeing MS's intellectual property. It is probably best to just stay
as far away from it as possible.
