Well, there are tons of them out there. It boils down to personal preference. What do *you* mean feature-wise by "resembles M$ Windows Explorer," and why won't file manager foo do the job? Check Sourceforge and Freshmeat to see what sorts of file managers are available for you. Personally, unless you like eye candy, I can't see why Midnight Commander or Nautilus aren't Explorer-like enough. Nautilus in particular is designed to be clean and easy to navigate. YMMV. > fvwm.
