Does everyone know how to use Bit Torrent (the downloading part
anyway)? It isn't too hard to learn on that side, I haven't quite
figured out how to start a Torrent server, which would prove very
efficient for sharing video/audio.

Is there anyone out there on the group that has not heard of Bit
Torrent? Say "AYE"? It's very important in the open source world.

Perhaps we could solve some of these problems using technology. We could record audio and video (?) then make the compressed files available on the
wiki. I subscribe to a LUG podcast that reads minutes from their last
meeting. Well... they elaborate on each topic a little more than just
reading the minutes, but, regardless, it may be something that we could do
for those who can't make our meetings.

I have enough bandwidth to mirror the latest (perhaps more) meeting's
recordings for the LUG. If the recordings are made, a server will be
available.

Wow, that's a great solution! Thanks! :-)
