This is rather strange. I don't have a Windows box available right now to
test this, but I'm fairly sure that we have acceptance tests for these
keywords that pass also on Windows.
Could the problem be somehow related to the dir command? Could you try does
Run dir .
work?
Could you also try do the new keywords in Process library work for you?
They handle stdout and stderr in much more sanely manner and this
particular issue shouldn't affect them.
