Knowing does running `dir` and `dir .` work differently would help me
understand why this problem occurs. Notice that I cannot reproduce the
error and thus cannot debug it myself. I'm definitely interested if someone
has a simple example they can use to reproduce this on various machines.
Process library is available since RF 2.8. The library works also with
older versions, but being able to configure the started processes (e.g.
shell=yes or cwd=c:/temp) requires **kwargs support that was added in 2.8.
