fails in Windows XP when using jython interpreter because of "2>%1"

Seems to be related to Java 1.7.
I have a suite what runs fine under Java 1.6. Same suite, same JAR gives
the "2>&1" error on "Run and return" keywords under Java 1.7.
In some cases it helped to quote the command line for the run command, but
not in all cases.
