Just want to echo that we hit this problem with Windows taskkill command,
was only happening on our newly imaged PCs (same computer before IT
re-imaged it worked, afterwards had this issue).
Realised new machines had 1.7 JDK, tried 1.6 but still didnt work, had to
surround with quotes. BUT this exact same PC with same version of Windows 7
64bit didnt have the issue until a new Windows image was put onto it - we
can't narrow down to which update may have caused this as we obviously
don't have the old image to compare to.
