You'll need to complete a test signup, when you get to the very last page before hitting Finish, you need to take all for elements from this page and you can build your own page. You'll find a lot of <input type=hidden tags and a couple other <input types but this is all you need for making your own signup page. How you handle a few of these elements is up to you, for example, the signup pageS (standard pages) create the registration number for you so your page will also need to generate this number. It's nice when you have created your own because you can tell if the user has signed up with your signup page if their registration number is in the format you choose. I use 6 digits for mine, normally a reg number is 11 or 12?
