Give Rodopi Support a call. The guy who requested your IP and RegNumber
does apparently work for them.

Sorry to bring this up again, especially if I'm asked for my server's IP
and
reg number.  I'm still seeing this error:

Error -10 occurred in module RODOPI License Server:
[-10] Invalid XML license version

This error is in the log every minute of every hour, so the log fills up
every 2 days.  I don't see anything regarding XML in the license admin
screen.  I'll keep digging through this to try and find something but if
anyone has a suggestion I'm more than happy to listen.
