Hello, We have a few accounts that aren't getting billed.
For example, one account was billed Jan 14th, but Feb 14th was skipped for some reason? When I look at the plan information it tells me: Last Billing: 02/14/04 Next Billing: 03/14/04 It is setup to bill monthly and has worked every month prior to Feb. Anyone know what would cause it to just skip it? Other accounts were billed just fine.
