Hi Eric, Upon discussion with our Accounts person it was indeed on hold. That makes sense now, because on the 12th our Rodopi box lost power. This caused it to get a couple days behind on billing. So during that time he got put on hold (he was already month behind), then once I ran the billing cycle to catch up he was already on hold so it skipped him.
