-evil grin- Come on now, Be fair.. The most in one day has been 7, on the 8th as a matter of fact -inno- <snipped> > We all have lives and jobs and MUDS. NOBODY wants to see 50+ emails from > ANYONE in a week. that's just insane. > True, 50+ mails in a week from a person asking questions about ROM on a ROM list _might_ be pushing it.. if they have not in fact searched the archive to see both whether the topic has been covered (HINT), or a similar topic that might help them out, OR read the FAQ. In all reality though Dantin has -at last count- sent a total of 33 messages, 27 from one account and 6 from another. (at least so me filters say) Some have been questions and some general info for the list. Granted he is.... enthusiastic in his posting to the list, but until the moderator steps up and says shut up, then the _only_ recourse you have is what you said you would do.. filter him and ignore him. In the mean time I will keep reading the list and maybe helping out when I can. In that vein here are some Addresses of interest to people on the ROM list: http://www.the-infinite.org/lists/romlist this is the home of the ROM mail archives http://www.kyndig.com a very good place to look for snippets, info, bug reports... http://www.fataldimensions.org/romcoding/main.php look around here for various fixes there are more but I have no more time for this particular email :) Have fun, code often and for heavens sake, keep a sane outlook on coding :) /-------------------------------------------------------------\ | Steve Boleware | Beginning Coder | | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | Student of Life | | ICQ: 11120901 | | \-------------------------------------------------------------/
