hm, one minor fix would be to remove illegal charsets from the mail headers, and replace them with the correct ones, allso for the ones with html in them, perhaps... Which would ease the job of the gui client, and would harden sheigirus stand in his position...
if the refactoring of the html stuff could go hand in hand with js - removal / optional removal i'd focus on that later on and first address some of that easy chikens on the wishlist (if they are ;-) , getting some user experience and feedback on the wiki code, to get this ready for prime time...
two other points that deserve attention is the client mode tls and the ability to have public readonly representations of citadel structures.
We allso should name sheigiru a timeplan for the outstanding issues, and get him do some translations ;-)
sepaking for me, i will get that calendaring addons enduser ready, and have an html / CSS cleanup coding session with radaquii
I think we should at least focus to get soon another tagged version with all those fixes out, and not to forget, publish them on sf.net
