Ok, it's time to start leading up to a new release of both Citadel and 
WebCit packages.  Are there any showstopper type issues that we need to 
correct first?   
   
 I know that dothebart and radaquii are going to be working on some 
HTML/CSS cleanup in a couple of days, so we can wait for that... we can 
also get .po files out to the translators... after that, we ought to get a 
6.72 out onto the download sites so people can take advantage of the 
numerous fixes and improvements we've put in over the last couple of 
weeks.
