Tested with Mozilla Sunbird and it looks good too.  What I'm *really* 
happy about is discovering that all the time zone problems with Konqueror 
are Konqueror's fault.  There are no time zone problems with Apple iCal or 
Mozilla Sunbird.  The times that show up in WebCit are the same times that 
show up in those programs -- no five hour difference (or one hour 
difference, for our friends in Germany).
